It works, but only for small punctures. My rear tire went flat in Mobile, Alabama one day, another member of BAM brought us a can of fix a flat, and I rode it home to Long Beach Mississippi, and then to Biloxi the next day for a tube replacement (why patch it, tubes are cheap).
